Jamie began his career back in 2008, in the depths of the GFC. “It was tough,” he admits. “I remember being told, ‘If you can sell it now, you can sell it any time… so just get on with it’. So I did, all guns blazing.” Over the years, Jamie’s focus started to broaden. He began to think about the bigger picture, where the industry was heading and how his role was changing too. Jamie says the Ray White Damerell Group is a stand out for him, their business structures and emerging culture will ensure future growth and success.

Jamie and Michelle say they operate their business on the premise of empowering their clients to make fully informed decisions. “We understand that our clients don’t sell houses for a living, but given the right information and confidence, through us sharing our knowledge and experience, they can be fully engaged in the sales process.”
